In this section you will set up and run training for this AI algorithm to enable the discovery of historical incidents (tickets) to aid in the remediation of current incidents.

Define Similar Incidents Training
1. In the CP4AIOPS “Hamburger” Menu select Operate/AI Model Management
2. Under Similar Incidents, click on Set up training
3. Click Next
4. Click Next
5. Click Done
Run Similar Incidents Training
1. Click on the Similar Incidents card
2. Click on Train Models
3. Status should say In progress
4. And eventually say Deployed
